Includes permit. 2 private bedrooms, 8 bunkbeds in the main room, full bathroom, hot water heater and pump, commercial stainless fridge, full kitchen, mission restraunt supply cook top stove and burners, a/c, gas generator, 1500 watt green light, stereo, microwave, 5 ceiling fans, this place has all the amenities.
