As yall may recall I was down on the beach this past weekend and in my trips to and fro I noticed about 10-15 cars/trucks/families on the higher part of the beach rummaging through the dirt and debris ...

my question is .. What were they looking for?

my guess is washed up goodies? Modern day Pirates!!? HA!

if anyone would care to comment it would be nice to know.

you pretty muched guessed it....with last weeks high tides...it made for some good beach combing.

My daughter found some very large coral along with some nice shells and sand dollars...all intact.

I dont know why i didnt think coral or sand dollars ... I was thinking more of the jewel type DOH!

as we drove all the way out to the 30's we kept saying "keep your eyes out for anything wrapped in black tape that looks like a block!"

i wonder if that has ever happened at PINS...
