| Got out to packery around 8AM to throw some plastics and noticed that CCPD had their dive team in the channel. Word was that a car went into the channel last night and they were searching to find out if any bodies were inside the vehicle. Sat there and watched em get out and no bodies found. I assume alcohol was involved but you never know. No wonder I lose so much tackle out there, it's a damn parking lot in the channel. |

| It was a stolen car (jeep). She's a friend on Facebook because she was in one of my classes at tamucc. From what I could tell they still haven't found who stole the jeep, if you here anything or have seen anything please contact the police. Thank god for insurance👍 |

Sorry for your friend loss. As a officer for 38 years, I found that you can take the opportunity away from a thief. But you can't take the larceny out of thier hearts.
Also its sounds like yall are building a reef there. |

Wow....I was at the South Jetty about 9am or so and was wondering what they were doing. I thought they were training or something...didn't see them pull the jeep out tho. Sorry for your friends loss.
I did end up catching a 27" black drum with dead shrimp tho....on light tackle...man...it was fun. Some guys helped me net it as well....thanks guys.
I took some pics to post but for some reason they did not come out...bummer....it was a personnal best for me on black drum.
My family thinks I go fishing everyday since I love to fish...but that's just it...I don't fish everyday...but just knowing I can...makes it great.
Man...I am loving it here....best choice I made in my life.....BeachBum for life...!!!! _________________ (( Living the life I was born to live.....
