As usual Boricua wins something where ever he goes, so he won a guided trip and took Greg, Roger and my self along.

Went with Capt Doug Stanford
http://www.piratesofthebay.com/

He's a good guy, I sure learned alot, and the best thing was when he heard we wade & kayak fish he pointed out lots of great spots, I never knew about.

And yes Boricua did catch the first red, and probably the biggest, never bet against him, and at tourneys just give him your money for raffle tickets, he's one lucky Fisherman.

Let the bragging begin

Shark-a-thon Misfits
Let's just say what happens at shark-a-thon needs to stay there!

I had fun catching the mangroves, they were under this tight bulkhead, and you had to pitch your shrimp just right to get at them.

Great day on the water, especially fishing places I had never thought of.

Yes I got the first redfish! Chuck, I couldn't think of a better person to go on the trip, a good day to be on the water. Captain Stanford knows his fishing, he put us on top of the fish right away. Too bad no one got to do the catfish dance. A Team Salty Coyote rule, who ever gets the first catfish have to dance and sing a song not in english for one minute. I'll post a video once it gets loaded, youtube is very slow tonight. I cant wait to take a NAS boat and hit all the areas shown to us.
