Looks nice from the street. Easy ULM access. What's not to like. They do have a restaraunt that is not bad overlooking the marina.

I've had customers stay there and been in the rooms, they are nice. I would recommend it. They also have a crows nest above the restraunt and another house in front of the marina I believe they are allowed to rent. They also have others but I believe zoning laws dont allow them to rent.

I agree it's a nice place. I ate at the restaurant and it was great, had seafood gumbo.

Owned by the Hawkins family. Nice people. Our sons are good friends and graduated from highschool together here in Dripping Springs.
Have not stayed there but knowing the family I would recommend it.

I really like what has been done to the place. It's nice to see something happening around the bluff that is related to the life we like to live. I have eaten at the restaurant and was not impressed. I plan on trying them again with high hopes. Has anyone eaten their recently?
