you shouldnt feel like you have to explain yourself to strangers, but thank you for sharing your story! thats quite a life you have and not many people can relate to that. stay close to the people that care about you and always adore your family. i hope everything works out for you.

honestly i got into posting online, so i could leave a record should i happen to be killed..i wanted to leave a positive legacy should my daughter be robbed of her dad..i have tried to do this without getting into my personal business, however it got to the point where i would rather people know the truth..
maybe something positive will come from it i dont know

The problem with a forum is people can assume and judge the current you without knowing your past ... leaves it open for people to call you "paranoid" just assuming you have no reason to be and lived a normal life.....
Not ever life is so black and white...or something like that..its a phrase..  im horrible with phrases....
You have good friends here brother and life is good!

Interesting story. If it makes you feel better posting it, that is all that matters.
One thing I live by, and I do not say that it will work for anyone else, but, at the end of the day if you are comfortable in your skin and being who you are, that is all that should matter.
With the exception of your wife and kid, everyone else in your life is merely peripheral. You have to be happy and comfortable being you.

SB, I've read all of your reports. I've laughed, cried and learned valuable lessons. One thing I have learned about forums and the online community is that sometimes too much info. online can destroy your real life. I'm not "bashing" by any means. You have people after you, yet you can easily be found. This is the reason I typically lurk forums. You will not find me anywhere else online Facebook included (killing today's youth behind a computer screen) and nobody is even looking for me. Some people are evil and will pick away for the smallest or even unknown reasons. Some times it seems as if you are starving for attention. You get it, bravo. I wish to meet you some day and shake your fish slimed up hands (I'll be the gap toothed, long haired guy with a heart of gold.). I live my life through these forums since my work killed my fishing drive. So, I live mine through everybody's here. Keep on keepin on my friend. Keep up the great reports. Most importantly keep living the waterman's dream. I'm pretty sure this belongs in the Off Topic forum rather than the Fishing Forum. Peace, man. |

Ok Im trying very hard to believe your story so please help us understand this timeline. Mabye these facts will clear things up for the sceptics.
A little over 3 years ago you where shot in the neck. Lets call that 3 years and 2 months. I checked google looking for a san antonio apartment shooting where a man was shot in the neck through his front door and was unable to find anything.
That brings us to june 2009. You stated you lost movement in half of your body for almost a year.

For the first month of that you lived with your parents. That brings us to july 2009. During that time you get suspicious that your father or step mother plotted to have you killed in your apartment and move to virginia for your families safety. So lets say you moved to virigina is mid july 2009.
Here you stated That you regained motion after months. See this is where it gets confusing, Earlier it was nearly a year and now it's a few months once you where in virginia. So for the sake of reason lets say you regained partial movement by december 2009 . Please correct me if I am wrong. That is when a man broke into your house, where you shot and killed him. Im guessing you must have been moving around well enouph to take down a man that had a clear motive. Was this second shooting 5 months after the initial shooting? Or longer? I scoured the internet looking for justified shootings in Virigina in 2009 and 2010 and was unable to find anything with the details provided.
You then stated after the attempted murder you moved back to corpus christi. Lets call this early 2010. You had to have been moving around pretty good by this time to be able to make the cross country move. You stated you lived in an apartment for a few months until you found your home. So If this timeline I am assuming is correct this whole ordeal went from mid 2009 until mid 2010 when you got to corpus and started looking for a home. You made your first corpusfishing.com post on 8-8-11. So lets assume you lived in corpus for a year before you found the forum?
Now I think if you can clear up this timeline with facts and news stories then your story might just be plausible. I can see that you do want people to believe you and thats why you posted this full story. But you must see it from anothers point of view. Personally if it was me and my family that was in danger I would not be publically posting this kind of information in a public arena if you truly believe others are out to harm you.

Maybe widen your search. Also, perhaps it took almost a year to fully recover.
The man goes through a terrible ordeal, kills a guy, and you want to act like some douchbag lawyer, cross examining him like we're on a courtroom? I'm pretty damn sure he wrote that up in one sitting telling the story as it came to mind. So what if your's or his math doesn't add up.
It's fairly creepy you went through the trouble to pick apart a story like that. Un-freaking-believable.

i was shot on mothers day night over three years ago..
at BAMC hospital...
i stood 5minutes after being shot..i am a tough dude..
i can shoot left handed..i still don't have full range of motion in my right hand..
have already said i have a private investigator following me, they know everything there is to know how would posting on a web site change a thing?
at least if something did happen to me most people would be smart enough to point the finger at the people i named..
not going to try and convince anyone take it, leave it, hate it its your choice..you really think i would post a picture of the people who raised me and say that about my daughter if it were not the truth? sorry but you are out of your head..
i will defend myself and my family as i always have..

The only reason anyone would post a story such as his is for sympathy, And if its true sympathy he will recieve, But there are holes in the story and they should be easy to fill with some hard facts and not just a story with a couple photos and names. Call me creepy if you like. It doesnt change the facts. Have a nice day now.  |
