I understand the way they calculate the captain's annual salary on these yachts is to take length x $1,000.

1000 to 1100 dollars a foot a year is the norm, with bonus for caught fish, good trips ect, deckhands also make 500 + per week in season + tips,

didn't see anything like that when I was a boat rat in Port A in my teens

my bros at SPI right now and texting me TIFT updates, so far there has been over 50 whites tagged and 35 sails tagged and 2 blues tagged. 7 sails brought in and 3 whites at TIFT.
