You're gonna need a lot more than that if you plan in chumming. _________________ "Ya'll must eat a lot of fish" |

Menhaden makes the best chum with their oily flesh. Great Redfish bait! _________________ CARPE DIEM |

X2 it is my all time favorite bait, live, dead even frozen for inshore(seen 28inch reds eat whole 10in shad(menhaden)) and offshore fishing...closely followed by ribbon fish... _________________ http://www.youtube.com/user/Shark456Bait/featured

BTW, crabs must be five inches across to keep and those look a bit small. Then again you've already said that you don't care what the law says in a previous post. _________________ "Ya'll must eat a lot of fish" |

Check your facts....if you are trying to start an argument at least get your facts right. |

I was checking out the crab regs the other day and I am still confused. It says they must be 5"wide but with the following exception. I know in the past when people buy dead shrimp it often has quite a few small 1"- 2" crabs in it. Is it illegal to posses them?
* Except that not more than 5% by number of undersized blue crabs may be possessed for bait purposes only and must be placed in a separate container.
Are they referring to 5% of your total catch? = 1 bait crab for 20 keepers? I was looking because they make great live baits for ling if the weather ever permitted me to go btb. |
