| Just got my new copy of Texas Fish and Game Magazine and it appears from one of their articles that although the State of Texas desires to close the pass they just have one MAJOR PROBLEM - they don't own the land that the pass goes through and the Rod and Gun Club that does own it is filing in court to stop the closing of the pass. OOPS!!!! |

| I wish that it wasn't so typical of what Government will try to do these days. They will probably try to condemn the property to get their grubby little hands on it. |
