Heading down this weekend from San Antonio.
Looking to launch at Billings and was thinking of trying Emmords Hole and on south to the KRS.
Anyone have any suggestions on a decent spot for the weekend? Looking for Trout mainly but will be happy to land just about anything.
Any help would be appreciated. Just bought a boat and trying to learn my way around the ICW.
Thanks. |

the winds are looking to be in your favor. I HOPE to get a few minutes in this weekend if I'm not in San Antonio. Good luck. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |

Hope the surf is better for you than it was for me yesterday evening. Flooding all the way to the dunes, tried BA#2&3. Just ended up with some sheephead in the packery channel on the concert slope between the bridge and the surf. Good luck to you and tight lines!!

| I would not worry about the tournament. About 15 or more of the teams who used to fish tx redfish series are fishing HT3 in Louisianna and turnouts for other series are way down! I expect the turnout for this one will be significantly less than in the past. they are launching in port aransas so it should not be a factor. |
