I just wanted to give rocky at roys his just do. About 3 months ago bought a penn 12/0 on craigslist from a real @#$*. I thought i checked the reel pretty good turned out the drag didnt work well would loosend up by it self no problem right just the washers. I take it to Roys Rocky says no problem he calls me about 2 weeks later says there are parts that shouldnt be there and parts that are missing. So the guy who sold it to me new it was all jacked up, probably tried to fix it him self. Rocky tried everything finally has to call Penn themselves and has to talk to an service guy who has worked on these longer than any one else tells him how to fix it 3 months after getting it finally fixes it only cost me 32.00 in parts and labor. Never gave up and made me a happy guy. Thanx Rocky! To the guy who sold me that jacked up reel i hope carma finds you. Freakn Jerk.

I second that, always have had good experiences at Roys and don't worry about Karma, it will find him and thats something I can guarantee!

Roy's stands by all they sell and are helpful. When they could not help me recently with a $300.00 broken rod they gave me a tube which I was able to send it in for warranty to Shimano.

Have had work done at Roy's also. Done right the first time, and finished when they say.

That's why I spend my money at local businesses.
For you old timers, think back when Roy's was just that small little building out front and now what it is today.
It's because of customer service and knowing what your customers want. Roy and Rocky have done an incredible job making Roy's what it is today.
Roy's is one of our local businesses we all should support!!!
