I have tried shrimp, mullet, pinfish, artificials. I find the best bait for trout, drum(black and red) is the good old earthworm. When I arrive on the dock and everyone says its dead,I break out an earthworm and its on.
Best thing about them, they are free in my backyard
I have to get a farm going and sell em at the coast. |

Just so long as you don't sell them for 10 bucks a dozen.
Seriously, they probably imitate sand eels? _________________

| I bet you can catch a trout or a red on a gummy worm so certainly the garden variety earth worm makes sense. |

i was thinking 5 bucks a quart,2 for 8 lefty Figure about 25 worms in a quart container. I'd make a killing at the Rockport Marina when the bait shops are closed on Sunday. |
