St. Charles reefs, the rigs in Aransas bay if its not to rough, reefs and spoils along the ICW, work the sloughs drop offs along the the Aransas Wildlife Refuge if it's windy and around Mud Island.

First: What kind of boat? How shallow will it go?
Second: What do you want to target? Lot of good places there. _________________ Diplomacy is the art of saying "Nice doggie" until you can find a rock.

2' puts you on the back side of St Joe and Mesquite Bay. You can also run under the causeway to fish the leeward shorelines in Copano. Like texmike said, lots of areas to choose from.
