they are starting only to spite all of us who say nothing involving city hall ever get done. maybe sometime in our lifetime something will be finished on time and done the correct way the first time.

You're giving them way too much credit here my friend. Truth be told, they got tired of the ongoing inquiries by the faithful resident of Lola Johnson. Very Happy

Completion of this project would be a very nice Easter present for the taxpayers round here.

The completion will be non too soon. Am really tired of going through the school zone on my way to the beach.
