This is the one Chef Lefty got. Great for Turkey and fish frying. You can be the first on your block to fry up a Sea Robin! Very Happy

Only 105 Dollars!

Thanks!

That thing looks neat, thanks Tyler.
Anyone have a review of this fryer? I sure am getting tired of the skillet method.

Nice.....I prefer the propane fryers. Puts more danger element into your cooking!

Very Happy Very Happy
That was the only element missing on Thanksgiving. The possibility of burning down the house.

On a more serious note, the oil seemed to be fresher on Friday for the fish fry despite frying 3 turkeys on Thursday with this thing.

You use cottonseed oil? Says doesnt retain taste can use on both fowl or fish in same oil. I like it & cheaper than peanut oil!

I also like the idea of just leaving the oil in the fryer and reusing it. I'm sure it won't burn like it does every time I use the skillet.
What say you Chef Lefty, cottonseed oil?

I did my research on cottonseed oil and I am going to use it in the future. Same smoking point as peanut oil, does not change the flavor of what you are cooking, a more healthy "fat" alternative, and is cheaper.

I would have used cottonseed this year, but my dad-in-law already sprung for the peanut oil.

Check it out..
