Last December...We caught a couple of these BIG boys in Nueces Bay..

Well low and behold, this mornin a FREAKIN SHARK!!! In Nueces Bay!

Released with no issues.....
.

| Last gillnet season we (TPWD) caught quite a number of bulls, blacktips, and bonnethead sharks in nuecess. We also got some gar, and monster trout. Jason Slocum |

| That looks like a bull shark. Unless I'm mistaken. Very cool. I'd love to be able to get one in the bay. Bet it fought like a monster. I better make sure the wifey doesn't see this or I'll never get to go wading again. Especially after her watching shark week recently. |

Thats what my buddy said it was..I had no idea, I dont know what I woulda done had I caught it, cut the line I guess..I dont even take a Boga.. |
