Since not much fishing is going on till a few days at least, I thought I'd post a pic of the fish fry I had June 19. Had 19 people over so I cooked 17 trout and 2 flounder. Also had pintos, corn ( some from garden), green beans from garden and a great salad ( romaine, strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes from garden and feta cheese). Very little was left.

A man after my own heart! When I have them ripe (red) I like thinly sliced serrano peppers with my fried fish and steak. I have the biggest, fastest serranoz in my garden that I've ever grown and the first should start turning in a week or two.......................................... sounds like a good reason to thaw a beeliner or two and do 'em up!!!
