drove down laguna shores on my way to work this afternoon water in the laguna was almost a turquoise blue til about half way across looked like muddy brown near the island,

I have noticed the same thing. I was thinking I was just imagining it. Maybe the new opening on the causeway and packery are having a small effect.  |

I had to pass over it twice for work. Looked like perfect trout water.
