But then who isn't . It never hurts to try all angles. I'm looking for a brand spanking new Majek Redfish line boat , color gray, that would be haze gray. ready to fish lock stock and barrel , no towers or any crap like that don't need it. Yes it has to be on an aluminum trailer. oh, I just need and 18 ft. so I can still get in and out of my shallow spots. respond to this add, and i will call. Thanks, Ironmanstan.....IMS. Very Happy

I will give him a call and see if he has any reccomandations for ya. as you know they dont sell majeks directly to the public but maybe they an help u out on a deal or atleast with some rigging options. Thi time of the year id guess you would have to wait atleast a month..

Better off buying a one year old boat and not take the financial hit. You can get an even better deal that way and still have a new boat. I do not know the resale value of those boats but I know you will take a bad hit buying brand new know matter how good the deal. Even if you dont ever plan to sell it why pay more??? Just like a new car always buy a one or two year old with 10,000 or 20,000 miles and a clear title. Just makes sense.!
As Robul said "you deseve it" But why flush a few grand down the drain sounds like you worked for your money and should not waste it!!! I met you once at a Porch meeting with Uncle D. I think you have fished an aluminum boat for the longest!!!! Rock on! You already saved a ton using that!!!!!

I have lived on the coast all my life, and yes i could save a bunch by going that route. However I have seen some wierd stuff that goes along with used boats, not so much the boat, but the pusher motor. Maybe the motor only over heated 3 times in the past to the point of producing steam. Thats the chance one takes. Plus why that boat for sale after 1 year. I would have to know the person first. I'm a brand new in the box person same thing with my personal items. Thats just IMS. I don't even take a box with a dent in it.....I'm a wierdo, and I live in the Bluff. Wink

They say admitting it is the first step to recovery. But like I tell my wife about my whiskey...I'm no quitter. Laughing

shovljoe has that Bay Stealth that has been listed for a while. Nearly new VMax with low hours. You know, the pushy thing. He started out at 20+k. You might find a great deal in that boat. All the bells and whistles. I agree with gunbuyer. But I see your point as well.

Some of us guys are torn to the flat bottom boats. I love me a big wide beam with a flat bottom. May not take thee chop but from the distance we have to run to find fish its no biggy. Smile

Please note - Flat bottom desire only in the boats and not the women. Smile
