In the process of purchasing a condo as an investment, it has a slip but no lift. Could someone give me a ball park on what getting a lift for 18-20ft bay boat installed would run and recommendations on who to use. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for something like this, contact Blue Molina 658-7665. I priced them all, and he seemed to be the easiest to work with regarding customization and pricing.

I had D&D Decks and Docks do stuff for me. Did a good job on the dock and lift.

You can kind of see my setup in the pics below (more for quality of work rather than dock/lift selection).

Padre Island Maintenance did mine, as well as all the lifts at Bluff Landing. I found them to be cheaper than Mingo or Blue.

Mingo at Sunset Marine re-built my lift. Cannot say enough how much I like the new lift. He's also pretty darn good at building decks.

Mingo, Blue, Apache and Cherokee are brothers and they all do some portion of decks, docks, and lifts, and they are all good at it
