I just posted this on my facebook and figured you all might be interested as well. The second link has the ar-15 complete kits there are many different types of complete kits minus stripped lower reciever.

You can have the kit sent straight to your home but the Stripped lower has to go to an FFL. My friends FFL is already on file with them so you just place the order and it ships when you put in his company's information. Their is no faxing of forms and crap to deal with.

I know an FFL in town that hooks me up for 20.00 on the first gun and 15.00 each after that. If nothing else stock up on the lowers they are an unbelievable price.
