saturday morn...went out with 2 buddies to an old spot and we caught 8 red ranging from 22-28" and 6 trout biggest being 23". got out around 6:30 and left by 10.
sunday morn...went out to an oyster reef flat with my fishing partner that we used to fish when we lived here year round and immediately saw redfish blowing up baitfish. put on topwaters because any other lure would get hung up on the reefs. caught 5 redfish and 3 trout. got there by 6:30 and left by 9.
we are down from college for a week and are going to fish every morning. i'll post a few pics after we put our rods up and go back to college.
