Located right next to Farrah's Bar and Sonic as soon as you cross the JFK causeway. Minutes away from Bob Hall Pier, Packery, and Fish Pass. If you have a boat there are slots for you to dock your boat with electrical outlets close by to recharge your batteries. Boat ramp close by on Jackfish Street and the canal leads straight out to the Laguna Madre right where Marker 37 pier is located so you can gas up and get live bait easily. Night fishing in that little canal is awesome because many of the owners that live next to the water have submerged "green lights" and you can literally see the fish swimming across the lights feeding on minnows.

perfect for someone who vacations in corpus on a regular basis as well... for 35K, if you stay more than a couple nights a month in a hotel you could actually buy your own place... with a boat slip

It may only be $35000, but I would think that you would have to pay very high maintenance fees to live there.

a buddy of mine used to live there. he rented for not sure how much. I'm thinking $600 but it was a very small place. really a small hotel room. if the boat dock belongs to the unit and is not an extra cost it would be interesting. it's one of the older condos out there.
