I have a pretty much new castaway slx3 its the one they sell at academy for 90 bucks. Its just sitting on the rack with nothing on it.. I would like to trade it for a spinning rod of comparable value. Iv got some extra spinning reels I need to setup for friends to use Im getting sick of them tearing up my high end gear so from now on they get to use the saharas and the symetres...

If you can wait a couple of weeks there will some cool new Castaways at Academy. I was at the shop yesterday and they have some great products about to hit the market. What style spinning rod are you looking for I might have something around here that will match in value to the SLX.
