CAC’s report on meeting
Various directors and advisory directors of Citizens for Access and Conservation (CAC) met Thursday with Chris Moore, PhD., a partner with CDR Associates, a dispute resolution firm hired by the National Park Service (NPS). After Chris talks to Joe Escoto and others, he will distribute his fact findings to the NPS and us. His findings will probably be distributed before the end of the month.
I am pleased to state that Chris gave us all of the time we requested to fully set forth our complaints concerning the management problems at the Park. He listened to us closely and took copious notes. He indicated that he had read the material that we requested he read.
We are pleased that the NPS has taken this step in an attempt to resolve the management problems at the Park.
CAC was formed as a §501(c)(3) public non-profit corporation for educational and charitable purposes. Your membership fees and voluntary contributions are tax-deductible. You and your business can join CAC and make your voluntary contributions by going to http://cacrights.org/join.html
Please join CAC to remain fully informed of the action being taken by CAC and on the action that you can take to protect your rights at the Park and your business.
