| Is there a fee if the Coast Guard responds to someone being high and dry on a sandbar. |

USCG will not respond to a boat grounding unless there are life threating injuries. Best thing to do if you are high and dry is to call a friend or a tow boat service. Don't know if a friend will charge to pull you off but do know a tow boat service will.
