They are best fresh. I love mine grilled or blackened with a secret "Port Mansfield Sauce". It is a MUST to try this sauce on any kind of grilled fish.
Port Mansfield Sauce
1 stick of butter
2 tbsp Flower
1 cup of Milk
2 slices of American Cheese Slices
1 can of Crab Meat (Fancy White, Crown Prince)
add salt to taste
*simmer in saucepan _________________ It's a good day to be alive! |

A typical [and GREAT] recipe for a white sauce, plus the cheese and crab. And yes, it IS great on anything!!!! _________________ Dave
