Looking for a new recipe. Always like to try new things and lately this has been the place for all things on the grill. I love shark steaked out and on the grill. And as I just came in to some Im looking to try something a little different than my same ole same ole. All suggestions welcome.

This is gonna sound a lot like the Redfish on the Halfshell I like to make but I have had them marinated in Italian dressing for a day and then grilled (make sure not to over cook it almost a little rare is the best) then top it with some Pico made with Red Onions and some fresh Mango chunks. Its good!

Try my ultra secret shark tacos...

1 cup soy sauce
2 limes juiced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds shark
10 corn tortillas
1 stick butter
1 tomato
1 lettuce
1 avocado

Mix soy, lime juice, brown suger and cayenne. Marinate shark steaks 1 hour in mix. Grill over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes on each side. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. One by one sautee corn tortillas until warm and soft in butter.
Chop shark steaks into 1/4 inch pieces and place about 3 oz in each tortilla. Garmish with chopped avocado, lettuce and tomato. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with spanish rice, refried beans and Herdez Salsa Verde with Cuervo 1800 Margarita on the rocks..

Honestly, THE BEST BT shark recipee, is just throw it on the grill, salt pepper and lemon. Thats it !

I originally tried it with belly meat of a BT with no seasning, no marinade and it was freakin amazing.

Its all about taste !

Cut Shark into small cubes and marinade in 50% red cooking wine and 50% Worcestershire sauce. Wrap it with bacon, stick it on a skewer stick, and put it on the bbq grill.

This is a recipe I use on chilean sea bass and sometimes salmon. Can use on shark as well.

Ingrediants:
2 1lb filets
2 teaspoons paprika or chili powder
coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 lb shi take mushrooms; sliced
1 can baby corn, cut on the diagonal
4 green onions sliced very thin

Turn on oven to 400 degrees.
sprinkle filets with paprika salt and pepper to taste
put olive oil and wine in baking dish and add garlic
place filets in dish and add mushrooms on top
bake for 15 minutes
baste mushrooms and fish with pan juices
add baby corn; baste and cook for 5 more minutes
remove and serve sprinkling chopped green onions on the dish

Yes I got this recipe from a book, but it is oooo so good and very easy.

have used this for a few years.. pretty simple season to taste..
cut steaks 1" - 1 1/2" thick skin still on
soak in the following for 4 hours.
teriaki sauce..
garlic
pepper
(dash seasoning optional)
chopped onion.
1 miller highlife or your favorite full leded beer.

glaze with the following
1/2 cup honey
2 jalapeno
white wine or beer again --- just enough to thin mixture out just a hair..
puree the mixture

place on grill 3-5 each side coat generously with honey/jalapeno glaze
move to indirect heat to fully cook..
{i tend to not cook to long on direct heat}
when meat wants to fall appart remove and enjoy..
OH if jalapenos are hot.. have extra beer..
