caught 11 whites bass, 3 black bass, and about a 12 pound black drum!! all on cranks over hydrilla. lost a MASSIVE largemouth, easily 10 pounds and would have been by far the largest bass i've ever caught.

do they stock that lake with black drum? that was weird. pics on my blog.

Just got off the phone w/ Jarvis. He and Pocelia are headed to Choke as we speak to get in on the 'goo action. Thanks for the report.

woo hoo! Pocelia is actually going to go get in on the action! must be pretty hot and heavy. you remember the last time Pocelia went 'gooing, and the craziness that ensued???!!! I thought we were gonna have to hog-tie Pocelia after she slapped that game warden for taking her dynamite.

thankfully Jarvis has convinced her that rod and reel is much more lady-like, and more challenging anyway. having that new line of gaspergou rods to try out helps keep her mind on track as well, glad he started building those rods.

thanks for the report.
