| I know this is a saltwater forum but I fish both as I live by the lake. So, I hope yall dont mind a freshwater report. I decided to stay near the house today so I got 2 dz minnows and headed for the state park. Went to the point at the end of the road by the little boat ramp and caught 12 nice slabs from 14 to 17 inches from 3pm to 7pm. also caught a few cats and drum. Only the crappie went on the stringer. |

that's some great info right there sheepy. if I wasn't covered up right now with stuff I would consider trading you a crappie trip like that for a half-day on the laguna in my skiff. _________________
