Even though I have to work Sat. and Sun. I'm happy thats its Friday again.
Tonight I will do up some hot wings. Besides fish, which I truly love fried, I do like to knaw on chicken wings now and then. Its an easy to cook finger food and everyone likes them.....except the chickens. I'm going to try some different sauces, but I like just plain o tabasco mixed with a little cayenne, not to much as the burn will return not on one end butt the other.
The biggest decision will be what to wash it all down with. I'm sure we'll figure that one out. I hope everyone has a great Friday followed by a great weekend. I know the winds are a howling but the winds will soon lay and we will hit the bay and fish all day. hey,hey,hey. Very Happy

I like to do wings too, Stan.

I make my own sauce too.

a bottle of Frank's Red hot
a stick of marg or butter
a few shakes of tabasco
vinegar to taste ( probably about 1/2 cup or more) I like mine tart.
celery seed
salt
pepper

add it all to a sauce pan and reduce down by a least 1/3.

I haven't done wings-n-rings in a long time. That sounds good Stan!!!

I gotta work saturday but im off sunday! Ill catch some for you guys!! I like garlic parmesean myself!! maybe a few hot!

My wife likes blue cheese, I cannot stand that stuff. yuk...just thinking about it.
