Asked my bro if he wanted to try fishing on monday, Since i was on vacation. Phone rang at 530 am, Damn i wasnt expecting that,The same routine go get bait first but to dark the sun hadnt even decided to come up yet. Got at the packery just after sunrise, Hadnt seen that in a while.
Just an awsome sight,Water nice on the north side and slitely chopy
on the inside of the channel. bait was scarce, But the signs were there. Fished for about three hours with live finger mullet,Small croaker and dead mullet.Managed Three reds and lost around four hook ups.
Wind picked up after a while , slowed bite down. Things looked promising for later in the day. What an awsome trip.Left home and fillet some reds.
Heres the good part red fish tacos, Ingrediants pico the gallo, la vaguiita mexican white cheese,valley limons,shreded cabage ,avacado,slice of pickle and tomato. cool front aproaching, Will change things for the better. See ya next time for better fishing.
