| Did anybody go to Choke Canyon and teal hunt? I want to go next weekend just curious if anybody has heard any reports or been? Thanks |

| Very few blues didnt see any greenwings. Significant drop off from last year. |

Interesting....spoke with friend that had been down there fishing two weeks ago. He said it was covered up with teal. Suppose the rain last week may have given them a few other places to roost though. |

| We got 2 off the KRS on Saturday and saw 30. Sunday we hunted further north and saw 100+ but only mottled and spoonies wanted to decoy up.... Jason Slocum |

I did not hunt but saw several in the flooded farm fields between Kingsville and Corpus this morning. All Bluewings from my 70 mph survey.

| i hunted on opening day and sat. near Garwood in flooded rice fields. the first morning we all had our limits over decoys in less than 30 minutes. they were coming in from all directions. the 2nd day the decoys weren't as good, but i still got my limit in less than an hour. other guys in our group had mixed results. the best luck on the second day was had by a group hunting on a recently harvested rice field. awesome hunting over there. |
