How cool, Austin is the only place I know of where its ok to get snot flinging drunk on Friday nite, and then be Mr. healthy the next day out jogging by the river. My daughter called me the other night (she lives in
Austin) at 11:30pm and says "dad are you awake?" she had just left an OFFSPRING concert, and felt like telling me about it. It was at a place called Stubbs. Thats Austin.

| Stubbs BBQ is a great venue. I have seen several bands there including Bighead Todd & the Monsters and get this.... Little Feat!!!! Of course they were without Lowell George (RIP) but they had a woman singer that took his palce in lead vocals. It totally rocked!!! Fat Man in a Bathtub, Dixie Chicken, and all!!!!! Stubb is very cool outdoor venue with some tasty smoked meats too! |

| I have been to Stubbs for the Sunday Brunch. That was great with a good group of Gospel Singers wearing matching orange suits. Nice! |

Went to Sunday brunch at Stubb's a few years back. In the booth behind me was Tommy Lee Jones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caught Blues Traveler at Stubb's last year. Whatashow!
Austin is a great town.
Biggest problem is 3 hours to the promise land.
