Fishing in the Aransas Bay area this weekend was fair for us this past weekend. We caught a good number of small specks wadefishing with the GULP, but not many keeper size fish. We fished Estes Flats today, and it was small fish again, with a few keepers....not the hoss reds we were looking for. The highlight today, and of the weekend, was the Slam! It was a great time, and I fished some new water.

Good stuff. I still haven't gotten the slam - I never go lookin for flounder, but they sure are tasty and alot of fun to stab.
