I am headed down to rockport in 2 weeks and was wondering how much oysters are right now. With the cost of gas I was wondering how much they have gone up.I am hoping to get some shrimp along with oysters and fire up the pit and have myself a oyster bake Laughing Thanks for your help Razz

Oyster season is over but during the season I was getting some really nice oysters at about 40-50 bucks a gallon. But you will find oysters at the local Seafood markets.

Try Alby's Seafood Market in Rockport/Fulton. Great prices and excellent products. If you go there, try a shrimp and oyster po-boy. See if you can finish the sandwich or does it finish you?????
