I'm not sure if that's a beer bottle in the tree, but it looks like that Gasper has swallowed at least a six-pack.
Great catch, kadiyaker. Now I've got to go figure out what the hell a "Gasper" is and why I've never caught one. |

yeah that's a beer bottle - actually there's several hanging from that tree. Some jackass thought it would be funny I guess - pretty stupid and a big eye sore if you ask me.

Gasper goo - also known as a freshwater drum, kin (freshwater cousin) of the red fish (at least that's what I've always heard) I wanted to see just what this monster was eating, but I gave them to the guys at the feed store who weighed it.
Still waiting to hear from TPWD about the record, I sent it off Monday. Anybody go through this process before? How long does it take to hear something back? _________________ Posted by

| Caught one almost that big at Mathis during a bass tournament on a Bagly killer bee. Thought I had a winner until I got it to the boat. |
