Got bored sitting around the house now that my volleyball season is officially over. I actually had one more assignment offer to me by the State association up in San Antonio tomorrow night but being that I've been refereeing five nights a week for the last couple weeks I was tired and I turned it down. Enjoyed myself on a water today and relaxed. Wound up with three more reds and six trout that I released. One thing that happened that was really cool was I was fighting a red fish and it was stripping line and I was playing it and all of a sudden it threw the hook. As I was reeling in my lure I noticed that where I lost it there was a small pothole. Next cast I threw beyond the pothole and brought it back into it and wham a hookup. I bring in this six-spotted red.
