I was wading a grass edge yesterday after work, hoping the fish would move up after some daytime heating in the shallows. I got a good thump and reeled in a flounder ...and a few minutes later I caught another. Before long I had released five of them (all 12-14" males). I expected they'd all be out of the bays by now.
I also picked off a couple of really nice trout - a 24" fish and this banged up 26.25" momma. Not a bad evening!
