Ive caught well over 100 fish that were 26-28" and cant say ive honestly caught one over 29".

After we started measuring them in the'80s the biggest I've caught from the Laguna was 32.5" but I couldn't tell you how many 30"s I've caught.

that's mine, 32 and a bit of change, weighed 11 lbs...it's on the wall at the house, and I will never kill another big trout...

Only 28.5" for me. On top of a shell reef way out in the middle of Copano Bay back in 1999. On a side note, years ago I used to see many, I mean many 30+ inchers off of the Exxon docks at harbor island, although they always had lock jaw. Just saying........cC
