Went out late morning and there are some clear water as you get halfway from the bluff shoreline team the icw. 2nd cast and I bring in an oversized red. Obviously let It go. Tried s few more places and nothing and then a 24-inch red. Went a little bit south of Pita and started picking up little trout. Got about a half a dozen undersized and then finally a 27 inch red. Everything I caught them on today was tequila gold. tried gulps just bouncing on the bottom and gulps under Cork and gulp with a salt shaker. The only luck was on tequila gold sand eels in the clearer water. Also called a couple skipjacks that we're over 27 in.

by the way, as rude as boaters were the other day they were at least that courteous today. There were several times I just knew I was going to get cut off but they turned when a couple hundred yards behind me and then continued on their way. It was nice to see courteous people out on the water today.

Zia

I always keep an eye out for you and my first boat. How is she holding up? I know you repowered her some time ago.

It's doing pretty well. Little cracks and stuff here and there on the hatches but other than that it's holding up well.
