Grilling them over an open campfire until the skin gets nice and crispy and then meat peels away from the bone. Can't get any better than that.

Took all the skill I had to bring it in on a hard flowing river on 2lb tippet. It was a lot of fun.

It depends on the river or lake. Even different parts of different Rivers have different regulations. where I caught this one it was strictly catch-and-release and only barbless flies. Little further down the river you can use other artificial baits and then even further down the river you can use any bait that you want.
