So I'm finally getting around to following up on my reports. And I remembered I needed to get this one up here. I actually have quite a few pictures, this time, which is strange, for me, I will try to post them but no promises, since I'm almost computer illiterate, and getting more so every day.
I'm having trouble, posting the whole, long report, on here, so will try to chop it into replies. For those of you, just curious in the final totals, 9 anglers landed 38 Wahoo, 27 Blackfin, 25 beeliners, 6 barracuda, 3 sandtiles, 1 yellowmouth grouper, and 1 dorado. |

That haul brings back memories of the 48hr long range yellow/black-fin trips we used to take with Captain Elliot's out of Surfside. We'd come back in and the local Vietnamese families would be waiting to fillet the fish and bag them for the price of them keeping the heads, carcass, and a tip. You'd go home with perfect fillets already cleaned and ready to eat. And Cpt always put us on the fish, including the once in a lifetime Cobia every once in a while. And if you were nice, you'd leave with a full belly of home cooked fresh fish stew right there on the dock. _________________ Fish ON! |
