I wondered why rain was in the forecast for 5-6 days after Wednesday next week. Great we can really use the rain!

Time to order that new generator. Im going for the Westinghouse 7500 watt. It was a toss up between that and the xt 8000 Generac and then the CAT 7500. Already have the portable a/c.

We were planning on another trip down next weekend. I hear fishing is good before the storms but dont think I want to chance it.
I guess we will see.

My brother is coming down for his first PINS fishing trip on Friday the 14th. I hope this thing dissipates or goes somewhere else.

Just checked the waves report for next Sunday, they are calling for 6-10 foot surf. - here - are they calling for a dead on hit here next weekend? I havent been paying attention to the weather reports - and havent even been watching weather channel.

Not calling for a Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm, but a Low Pressure system which will hit here in about 6 days with rain:

Subject to change, of course!

Give it a few days to cross over the Yucatan. Until then, apply your sunscreen liberally, and stay hydrated in this heat.

Good advice, CS, I had been planning for my father's day present to me - to be heading down about 50 miles on saturday, and fish till low tide sunday evening. With possible of high tides and 6-10 surf, may need to reconsider.
