Been busy busy busy. Here is your winter surf photo report thus far from the past few trips. Been getting a lot of fish on charters and on the last trip alone we ended up with over 30 bull reds (all on Catchsharks.com Jack Slammer leaders on Breakaway HDX rods). Also on the last trip we had 4 species of shark including several 7 foot sandbars. Charters this time of year are fun for everyone from the most serious of anglers to families with young eager kids with the thirst for adventure and wanting a warm night-time camp fire! I really do enjoy getting young kids on giant unforgettable fish, and at the same time educating them about sharks and the fishery and the overall importance of conservation.

There is still availability left for this winter (sandbar sharks/reds/pompano), but I am taking bookings for spring and summer already.

Remember, for charter info - if you want the best Padre Surf Fishing, contact myself at Ocean Epics for Shark and Big Game, or Jeff Wolda at Padre Island ADVENTURES for trout, red, and light tackle action! Feel free to email/text in regards to trips.

Have fun and stay warm when out on the water! Here are a load of recent pics...

Hey Baby! That is some really good stuff there. What an amazing variety, and size, of fish. The trip had to be both exhilarating and exhausting at the same time. Happy for you guys and for us getting to see those pictures.
