A couple of buddies and myself hit the jetties last night around 7:30. Tons of bait but no predators on the slack tide. The tide started pulling in around 9 and it turned on. We managed about 60 trout but only 10 keepers on DOA's. There wasn't another soul on the jetties. I lost track of time and the next thing I knew it was midnight. It's been a long day. |

That sounds like a blast. As I've aged my ability to stay awake past 9 PM has diminished. For me it is much better to get up at 3 AM. But no matter the time fast action is always exciting. _________________ "I do hunt and I do fish and I do not apologize to anyone that I hunt and fish." - Norman Schwarzkopf |
