I'm thinking of heading down to Port Aransas and Corpus for the first time in months to fish the piers and jetties, and I was wondering if the crevalle jacks and king mackerel were inshore reliably in decent numbers yet. With the warmer than usual winter and water temperatures about 5 degrees above the seasonal norm inshore, I assume that they will be but wanted to know if others have been catching them regularly during the past few weeks.

They should be around, and the Ling are starting to show up.

Inshore shrimp boats are loaded with big sharks too, jacks should also be in there.
