Lots of winter flounder this year in the back bay of Corpus Christi Rockport and Port Aransas areas . When not guiding I have been commercial gigging solid limits of 30 flounder in the back bays this winter. If you havent got out you are missing out on lots of fun. A few nights ago I gigged 29 flounder in 2 hours making for some fast action until the rain started. So just because the run is over dont be afraid to get out there have some fun because there is still fish around.
