| I had a jack plate on a 17 FT DLX (not as smooth riding as a DLV). The only change i noticed was 2 mph add to my top end speed and i was able to take off and get on plane in about 2-3 inches less water. It didn't have the quite the performance addtion i thought it would, but then again it wasnt at DLV. I eventually took it off when I upgraded the motor. |
