Wyatt puts on a great tournament. Very organized and some of the best people you'll every meet. I fished both their customers and vendors over the 10+ years I've been asked to fish in it and have been lucky enough
to win in both the trout and redfish division. Last year was the last time for me, fishing Saturdays are a thing of the past for this boat.

Just wasn't my day for lures. My guys didn't show up until 7:30 they hoisted brews unto the wee hours of the morning. However they had a great time and I HAD A GREAT TIME. As normal I was up and ready to go early. We fished South, East, and North. Truthfully we boxed only 3 trout. Not what I wanted but that's how it worked out. The whole time the guys are laughing, joking, cutting up. While I was thinking maybe I should be over there, or over there, are my lures to bright or to dull. Was it because the wind was out of the North lots of variables going through the brain. Next year...
Tomorrow I'm going to hit it again with a good friend named Sal, we have fished together off and on for 2 years. It will be our last time to fish together as he is being transferred up to Pennsylvania on the Ohio river with the Coast Guard. Gonna miss this one as he has a good disposition and is on a good path and I think he just made E6 and is up for Chief next. That's how my weekend is going. Cheers all IMS.

Love catching fish. If it's not happing, I'm with you, wondering where to go next, what do I use, how's the retrieve, deep or shallow. But when it really gets down to it, it's all about the fun, if it's not fun it's not worth being out there. Used to be so competitive that it was stressful but I've gotten past that. Don't get me wrong I still work to win but I also make sure we have fun.

yes I guided them the first thing I asked them was if they wanted to fish for a fish fry or for the tourney. they had a good time, caught fish, and tipped well all trout caught on live bait
